1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CoreByte services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Services.
2. Description of Services
CoreByte provides virtual private server (VPS) hosting services, including but not limited to:
- CPU and GPU compute instances
- Network connectivity and bandwidth
- Technical support services
3. Account Registration
To use our Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Distributing malware or engaging in hacking activities
- Sending spam or unsolicited communications
- Hosting content that infringes intellectual property rights
- Mining cryptocurrency without explicit permission
- Running denial-of-service attacks or network abuse
- Hosting illegal content as defined by Danish and EU law
5. Payment Terms
Services are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Service Level Agreement
Our uptime commitment and compensation terms are detailed in our Service Level Agreement.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you store on our servers. We do not access customer data except as necessary to provide the Services or as required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreByte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Services immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our website. Continued use of Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.
