How quickly can I deploy a VPS?
Your VPS is provisioned within minutes of payment confirmation. You'll receive SSH credentials via email immediately after deployment.
Which Linux distributions do you support?
We support all major distributions including:
- Ubuntu 20.04, 22.04, 24.04
- Debian 11, 12
- Rocky Linux 8, 9
- AlmaLinux 8, 9
- Fedora (latest)
Do you offer Windows servers?
Currently we specialize in Linux-based VPS only. This allows us to offer better performance and pricing.
Technical
What kind of virtualization do you use?
We use KVM virtualization for full hardware isolation. Each VPS has dedicated CPU cores, RAM, and NVMe storage—no overselling.
Is the bandwidth really unlimited?
Yes. We don't meter bandwidth or charge for data transfer. Your 10Gbit connection is yours to use. Fair use policy applies—no traffic meant to abuse or degrade network performance.
Can I upgrade my VPS later?
Yes, you can upgrade between plans at any time. Contact support to migrate from CPU to GPU instance. Downgrades are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Do you provide backups?
We recommend maintaining your own backups. NVMe storage is redundant but not backed up. Snapshot functionality coming soon.
What about DDoS protection?
All servers include baseline DDoS mitigation. For high-risk applications, contact us about enhanced protection options.
GPU Instances
What GPU is included?
GPU instances include an NVIDIA A16 with 64GB VRAM—ideal for AI/ML inference, LLM workloads, and development. CUDA and cuDNN pre-installed on request.
Can I run multiple ML models?
With 64GB VRAM, you can run large language models (up to ~40B parameters) or multiple smaller models concurrently.
Billing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers via our payment provider Freepay.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No contracts. Pay monthly, cancel anytime. No cancellation fees.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 48-hour money-back guarantee for new customers. After that, services are non-refundable but you can cancel anytime to stop future billing.

Do you offer managed services?
Our VPS is unmanaged—you have full root access and control. We handle hardware, network, and hypervisor. You manage everything inside your VPS.
